Westgor Sells Franchised Hotel in Central Wisconsin

Hotel Brokers International Westgor & Associates, Inc., charter member of Hotel Brokers International, announces the sale of the 60 unit Americas Best Value Inn located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, to Shree Laxmi Naryam. Jeff Westgor, CHB, President of Westgor & Associates Inc., represented the seller – US Assets. Financing was an SBA 7A loan.

The hotel was originally built as a Super 8 and the new owner is considering rebranding the hotel after refurbishing the guest rooms and common areas. This will be the second hotel in the market for the new owner who will benefit from cross marketing two brands and the economies of scale from the operational side.
